Downtown Nanaimo Dental Group Coastal Escape Contest, Official Rules

1. Sponsor. Downtown Nanaimo Dental Group, Nanaimo, British Columbia.

1. Eligibility. Open to patients of Downtown Nanaimo Dental Group who are legal residents of British Columbia and are 19 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Downtown Nanaimo Dental Group and Webacom Media Corp., and their immediate families, may attend appointments but are not eligible to win.

1. Contest period. Entries are earned for kept appointments occurring from September 22, 2026 to November 8, 2026 inclusive.

1. How to enter. One entry is earned for each dental appointment attended (kept) during the contest period. New and existing patients are eligible. A patient who keeps more than one appointment during the contest period earns one entry per kept appointment. Cancelled and missed appointments do not earn entries. No purchase of any product is required beyond attending a scheduled appointment, and a free method of entry is available on request from the front desk.

1. Prize. One (1) prize: a two-night stay at an oceanfront resort on Vancouver Island, a $200 dining credit, and a $200 spa credit. Approximate retail value $1,500 CAD. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Booking is subject to the resort’s availability and terms. Travel and any costs beyond the stated credits are the winner’s responsibility.

1. Draw. One winner will be selected by random draw on November 12, 2026 from all eligible entries, witnessed by two staff members. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

1. Skill-testing question. To claim the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided, when contacted.

1. Winner notification. The selected entrant will be contacted by phone using the number on file. If the entrant cannot be reached within five business days, declines, or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, an alternate winner will be drawn.

1. Publicity. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and, if they win, their name and likeness in announcements of the contest result, without further compensation.

1. Privacy. Entry information is drawn from existing appointment records and used only to administer the contest, in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.

1. General. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or cancel the contest if it cannot run as planned. The contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.
